The Luverne Public Works Department is responsible for all aspects of street maintenance including:  

  • snow removal
  • park maintenance
  • tree removal
  • tree trimming on city boulevards
  • seal coating
  • street overlays
  • storm sewers
  • sidewalk maintenance
  • maintains stop signs
  • yield signs
  • other street signs

Storm Sewer Fees
Basic System Rate: $105.00 per acre with a residential equivalency factor (REF) of one subject to a minimum charge of $0.50 per month

 

Fire Protection

A fire protection fee shall be billed monthly, based upon meter size, as follows:
