Efficient Toilet Rebate
The City of Luverne offers a $75 rebate to water utility customers after the purchase and installation of a
High Efficiency Toilet with the WaterSense label.
The rebate applies to the replacement of existing toilets, as well as new homes and businesses under construction or remodel.
